breaking-news-isolated-icon-sign-of-main

A panel of officials has ordered the owners of the Hotel Marysville to demolish the building within 10 days due to safety hazards and public nuisance. They must obtain permits and hire a contractor, with an additional 60 days to complete the demolition. Failure to comply will permit the City to take action and recover costs. The hotel is not classified as a Historic Structure, and a $300 daily penalty has been in effect since August 1. The building has been owned by Feather River Plaza, LLC for 17 years.
